Amanda saved my sanity! As a first time mom, I was STRUGGLING from sleep deprivation. My little one was 7.5 months old and had been waking up every 2-3 hours every night since he was born. After 3 days of working with Amanda, we were getting 8-10 hour stretches at night! She broke down all of the information so it was easy to understand and apply. She was encouraging on the hard days, and always answered my panicked texts quickly!
