Rose did prenatal massage for me today and it was wonderful! I left feeling relaxed and already booked another session with her.
I play roller derby & Jason does a spectacular job working out all the post-game kinks with his thoughtfully prepared deep tissue massage. I've only had great experiences here.
The staff were delightful! Jason did a fantastic deep tissue massage, which is what I wanted but I would now be comfortable going to him for any modality. He checked in to see if the pressure was Too much or too little. He kept me covered very well. He explained techniques and why he was using them in a way I could understand. Jason did stretches that were specific to my needs and suggested self care stretches. He seems knowledgeable, was able to identify my issue and got right to work on it. Made a big difference!
