Try a different spa I went here to get a hot stone massage and was extremely disappointed. The massage was O.K. I have had much better ones before. The main problem though was that the room I was in was freezing. I was so cold through the massage that I could not relax. I told that staff but was informed that they could not do anything about it and did not even say 'sorry'. I would never return to this spa again.
relaxation....maybe I got a gift certificate for BLDS for my birthday last year. It was a package deal (full massage w/ mani & pedi). The massage was great...very relaxing. However, the mani and pedi (which were after the massage) put me right back into gridlock. The woman who was doing my nails was chatting with the receptionist and not once did she even acknowledge my presence other than when she knicked my cuticle and I winced. Horrible Hospitality I bought a gift certificate for my friend and was guaranteed a service on Friday, but when my friend went to make the appointment they refused to have openings. I called to see if there was any way they would be able to fit her in. The owner was very rude and short with me. And when she said she would call me back she did not. I would never go here again. I could not believe the way the owner treated a paying customer.
Wonderful Experiance I was surprised by my boyfriend with a relaxation massage and a spa main/pedi for my birthday this past week. I loved the message, but it could have been a bit deeper, but it did it's job and the staff was very nice. The woman who did my mani/pedi was nice and talkative, I'm not sure if the other reviewer of the Spa had the same woman, but she laughed and created a nice conversation when I wasn't reading my magazine. Today was my first time at Better Living Day Spa. I informed Angie of the problematic areas I would like her to address and she did just that. After my session, I felt refreshed and relaxed. I'm definitely going back and booking with her again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The Massage was awesome, Facial super relaxing, and Coco butter wrap to die for! P.S I'm very hard to please!
