My husband visited this clinic hoping to find relief from severe shoulder pain. As a self-pay patient without insurance, he was informed that an injection would cost around $400 and that the office visit fee would be waived. However, during the appointment, no imaging was performed, the consultation was brief, no injection was provided, and he was prescribed medication instead.
