Very courteous staff, diligent workers, and user friendly website/portal for all administrative matters. I accidentally booked a service I didn’t need. The team lead caught the error and he had the office deduct from my bill ASAP. They always practiced clean, safe habits, but they went the extra step to ensure everyone was COVID safe during this uncertain time. 5/5.
They are very responsible and efficient and they do a great job each time. I find my room a brand new apartment when they finish the work. I appreciate it so much.

I love Better Life Maids. Having them come to clean my home is a little treat for myself in the craziness that is my life! I really love Samantha. She always does a great job and puts up with my cats and their quirks (one likes to think he should be an outdoor cat!).

Received a gift certificate and used today! Very happy with experience. The ladies communicated they were on their way and when they were finished. I felt they did a thorough job. My kitchen looks amazing. Small touches such as toilet paper folded and hand towels were noticed and that was nice as something a little extra. Will use again!
I first went to better life maids because I read that they clean with nontoxic products. I recommend him without reservation.
