Don’t.Give.Up! Not going to lie. I probably would have given up after going to Dr John 3X a week for a month without much change. 2nd month a little more change. But then! Bam!! So much healing has taken place that I’m still in disbelief! Do the adjustments. Do your exercises. Eat better. You are worth it. And now I just read this. I already had two injections in my back that hardly did a thing. Glad I won’t need those again. Thanks Dr John for all you do.
