I was so impressed with the massage I received from Emma. Her massage was technically skilled, but I think what makes her stand out is the quality of her presence - I felt attuned to in an intuitive sense. From the beginning, she took intentional time to really hear me how my body was feeling and what I might be needing over a fresh brewed cup of tea. Undoubtably one of my best massage experiences. Emma is top! My body started to relax and feel safe starting the moment I entered her space! The level of attunement she had with me was unique. I don't think I've felt that much muscle (and mind) relief after a massage before hers :)
This was one of the best massages I have had in my life! I like deep, firm pressure. Emma was very tuned in with my body’s state of tightness and tension and used just the right touch. Emma has helped me so much with a lingering injury that flared up again recently - I had my first pain-free day in weeks following our initial session. Her consultations before each session are very thorough, and she has strong weightlifting knowlege and was able to recommend specific mobility work and exercises to support my recovery.
