In 2013, I decided I was ready to buy my first home, and I ended up looking in a subdivision in Boiling Springs to view their home. Please read the recent reviews prior to using this company for your real estate needs especially if you are a out of area buyer. This is the worst real estate company period. Their agents do not take the time to get to know your or explain the contract that they put in front of you. If a deal goes bad you are the one left holding the bag with thousand of dollars out the door. From the agent to the broker they do not care about your family's best interests or making things right.
