Warning, I placed a deposit on a home in Milford. The deal went sour. I signed a termination agreement on 11/20/19. I have asked and emailed Keller Williams to have my deposit mailed back. Today is 12/11/19 and still haven’t received my deposit back. This is after requesting the deposit refund from the buyers agent at Keller Williams. Both these realty companies need to be avoided. Worked with one of your agents in the Milford office and I would like to start off by saying that his lack of knowledge and experience is extremely embarrassing. Buying a home should never be this difficult. Especially with the process that I went through with this guy . Needless to say I ended up stepping away from him after the last situation .
