Anna was an amazing agent, she worked so hard for us and was an excellent advocate. She helped us through the entire process of selling our home in a friendly, professional, caring manner. And as a bonus she is a dog person!!
The sellers used Better Homes and Gardens and they advertised a deep clean home after closing, which they never did. I hired someone to do the deep clean and provided the invoice to my real estate agent to give to the sellers real estate agent. I’m pretty sure the sellers are not going to pay for it since I haven’t heard back. Pretty frustrating that this company doesn’t hold their clients accountable for what they placed on their ad.
