Did not have a great experience with Lucia Brooks. We are first time home buyers and Lucia came to us as a recommendation, we should’ve done our due diligence before signing an agreement with her. Every time we saw a house she knew nothing about it - always asking us “what’s the square footage on this one,” “how many bedrooms”, or “what’s year was this built?” She also set up times for us to view homes, but texted / called the day of saying she needed to push back or would be late.
