We resided in a BH&G - Legacy property in Sandfly, Ga for 4 years 2022 - 2026. During our time there we were well accommodated by Kyndal and Krysten. The home was always in working order, and when something did break or need attention they responded quickly and scheduled appropriate services. Regular services were scheduled annually automatically - AC, Roof, Drainage, etc. We only left the property due to my spouse accepting a new job out of state.

I am very disappointed with my experience as a property owner using this management company. My property rents for $2,800 per month, but after a month and a half, I have received only $1,200. I need a clear, itemized explanation of the rent collected, every expense deducted, and any funds still being held. So far, I do not understand why my payout is so low. As a property owner, I expect transparent accounting and clear communication about my money. This experience has left me frustrated and concerned.
