DISCRIMINATION at its finest! I inquired about a property and was told it was AVAILABLE and to pay the application fee for myself, my husband and my daughter (18). This is $55 each person. Truthfully horrendous if you are a tenant. On all occasions the property management team either poorly responded to maintenance requests (either sent out the wrong service or simply sent someone to get an estimate and then never fixed it) or completely failed to inform us that multi-day maintenance was going to be conducted. The Owner then agreed to allow you to vacate 30-days prior to the end of your lease so you could more easily move to another property. Total slumlords. They care nothing for the legal lease they sign with you or the tenants in any adjacent properties. If they break the lease, no matter what the offense, the landlord will NOT do anything about it. They only care about taking your money, not about enforcing the lease they have tenants sign
