We had a very frustrating experience working with Bailey De Vos. We were in contact multiple times regarding submitting an offer on a home that we truly loved, and timing was extremely important in this competitive market. Unfortunately, the communication was poor throughout the process. I've had great experiences working with Annie Kim. I've worked with her for several years on both the buy and sell side. Super approachable and very experienced. She has always been on point and thorough not only with her knowledge of the island but also with documentation and pitfalls that could present themselves in the future. She has quite literally saved me a great deal of money with her advice.

I had a negative experience with a realtor named Katherine Martines at this brokerage. She showed poor communication skills. I found her to be very unreasonable and she completely lacked any Aloha. Maybe she will do better in the future.
