Very rude. Spoke with the front desk lady who wasn’t able to answer basic questions such as what part of Mpls they are located in. Quite frankly, she didn’t seem to know much. At first she offered to provide someone else’s number who would have the information. But after I advised that it was strange that she didn’t know much.
