The nurse was fantastic. The office workers, especially Ernestine were horrible. She didn’t even attempt to get a backup nurse when mine wasn’t available and continually made excuses for her lazy ineptitude. A pathetic employee who masquerades as a compassionate health care professional, oxyMORON should be her middle name. If you chose this company for your home health needs good luck. Great work environment, great coworkers, truly a great company. More like a family to me :).
With all your 5 star ratings how many 1 or 2 star ratings do you report to Facebook as offensive so that they remove them in order for you to keep that 5 star rating. Working for a home care agency for 12 years we took ALL of our ratings and used them to improve ourselves not have the person reported to Facebook because they hurt your feelings and lowered your ratings. You are misleading people by doing this.
