My wife and I are very disappointed with this place. We came to them because my wife has Phonak hearing aids and Phonak lists them as a credible Phonak service provider. It became apparent that the audiologist we saw has very little experience with the Phonak Audeo Marvel hearing aids as he fumbled around trying to reliably to connect with them from his computer.
