Thank you for giving me the hearing eval & ordering of new hearing aides! I was warmly greeted upon my arrival, & was taken to the hearing test room & office, within moments! I mentioned having forgotten my water bottle in the SUV, so was promptly given a new one! I'm so sorry, I can't recall the name of the [receptionist], or her title, but she sat @ the front desk, & was very pleasant & warm~hearted! They were so very nice and considerate of my needs. Gary Hammers was very thorough and explained my hearing problems to me in a way I could understand and did not pressure me at all. He was very respectful to me as while doing my test he had to pause the test just a couple of times for a very short time as they were mowing next door and I appreciated that very much. Professional and a trustworthy business
Completely loved our experience today! They do not typically see Pediatrics but they were excellent with my son and everyone in the entire office went above and beyond with kindness and helpfulness! Cannot recommend enough!
