I purchased my hearing aids a few months back. I was directed to a Beltone store in Bowling Green, Kentucky. I purchased the devices from that location. I did experience some issues and had to return them for replacement. The service I received was not satisfying. There was a few things that was not done when I was at the store and then I had to resolve those issues on my own.
