Doctor showed up late for my appointment, causing me to be late to my next appointment. The office staff said he was stuck in traffic. But apparently it worked out okay, because he rushed through my appointment.So he would not make his next customer late. That might have been okay if you didn't have a really bad attitude.
I bought a pair of quite expensive hearing aids five years ago, and was told that if I lost one, the replacement would be $450. Period. So, I finally lost one. A chirpy staff person told me that sorry, 5 years was out of warranty. Such a shock to hear that. They blamed the manufacturer and said they would try to file a claim, but basically I am SOL. I won't be giving them my repeat business.
Appointment was quickly made for the next day. Hearing aid was repaired within 15 minutes. Cannot ask for better service than that!!! I highly recommend them.
LOVE LOVE this place. Tamara is truly a gift. Her patience with me getting my Lyric hearing aids fitted properly and supporting me along my journey to better hearing are SO appreciated.
