I had my ears cleaned of wax, and a hearing test. This was well done, though quite impersonally. Audiologist Mark Sanford was 1/2 hr late for the appointment. No comment from him until I asked if I had the time wrong and arrived early. Not showing much respect for the client. His professional skill is not in question.
Anthony fixed the problem with my hearing aids in about one minite. Staff was very helpful to squeeze me in to se him.
