I have consistently had the finest, most comprehensive, personal, expert assistance from Jane at Better Hearing Center. The front office staff is also very personable and accomodating. Five stars in every regard.
I had my hearing aid checked out and cleaned. It still needed to be sent out for repair. The amount of time required and cost was reasonable.
