Got call at 4pm day before appointment to say hearing aid is not available as it’s coming from overseas. So, let me just say if that’s the case, 1.don’t schedule appt after 15 days ear mode was made. 2. Call earlier so I don’t take the day off work for the appointment. 😡😳☹️
Appointment started on time and I received a thorough hearing test with a detailed printout. Hearing aid options were thoroughly explained.
Mark Sanford was extremely helpful and a clear expert in assessing my hearing and fine adjusting my hearing aids. Grateful for his assistance.
