I was recommended to Dr. Lightstone when my husband and I moved to the area. We are so grateful that we found this location. There are so many chiropractors out there that make you feel like you're going through an assembly line, Dr. Lightstone takes time to make sure you feel good and you're not just getting an adjustment and sent away. Any little ache or pain or pinch he'll make sure it's gone before you leave. I've had some good chiropractors and some bad over the past 20 years and he's one of the good ones!
Better Health by Design is an amazing chiropractic group that includes physical therapists and a massage therapist available. Every member of their staff is extremely friendly every time I go in for an appointment. I highly recommend this group of wonderful people!
Wonderful staff and doctors. They really care. Dr Doug is wonderful. He takes the time to talk with you and explain the What and the Why. If you have questions he takes the time to explain. The entire staff is caring and positive.
This is a great place to get the treatment you need to improve your health and overall quality of life. The Doctors and staff are super friendly and really shows concern for each and every patient by treating them with a specified treatment plan according to their special needs. Since starting my treatments a few weeks ago, my overall health has improved in posture, more energy, less pain and the overall quality of life. Highly recommend Better Health by Design and Dr. Doug Lightstone.
They have helped me so much! I’m an athlete who’s been struggling with pain for years. I have pretty severe scoliosis and after just a few months I’ve had huge improvements! So excited.
Dr. Nikki is amazing! She has adjusted my son and is now helping me. With my son I can see the results soooo quickly since he's just a baby. The entire staff is very caring and friendly.
Doug Lightstone is an amazing doctor! I was in a minor car accident back in February but I had some major whiplash from this. He has worked with both myself and my boyfriend to get us finally back to normal. He is so knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain the process.
🙌🏻I just went to one of the best events ever at "Better Health By Design" last night...those friendly, loving, caring doctors taught us all about heart health ♥️ and what sugar and simple carbs do to our bodies and our minds! Very eye opening! 👁 Did you know there was such a thing as type 3 diabetes!!?🤷♀️ plus, they get to the root of your problem, without giving up until you are your best you! thank you Dr. Curtis, Dr. Douglas, Dr. Rob, Dr. Nikki and Maria for all you do!
