RecommendedMy son and I had to go get tested for Covid this evening. It went so smooth. Well, as expected they were busy but we sat in our car. Had a virtual appointment with the doctor, got out, got swabbed and it was very painless and quick!! Got back in the car and went and ate some dinner and by an hour had our results!!
Called and set up an appointment. I received multiple text message reminding me to be online. The company called me before I missed the call and they said they couldn't do the virtual appointment until payment made. However, they text me telling me to join the appointment. Customer service rep called didn't leave name. Be careful with this group. They will want payment before a service is rendered. You will be left waiting as nobody shows up for your appointment. You have truly been a blessing to my family for many years - and I mean my immediate and extended family as well. The professional and caring medical services we have been provided at your facility are top notch. We love your staff and we are thankful for you. Especially most recently through the difficulties of COVID19 - your test results were accurate and verified by the hospital and frankly you testing my mother in law saved her life because we got her into the hospital in time because of you. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place & Dr. Keith. We have seen him multiple times & he is amazing! This is the only urgent care we go too & would recommend it to everyone. The rest of the staff is awesome too!
Tried to get into a doctor for 3-1/2 hours to no avail ....so over doctors who can’t see you unless you wait 2-3 days. You need a referral from your primary care physician who can’t see you, to see a specialist or get and x-ray. Come to Better Faster .... I was in and out in 30 min., including my x-ray. The staff is efficient and professional, the doctors are really nice and helpful. I actually really enjoy coming here.
Great staff! I checked in and had issues with my insurance and both the front desk and the manager stepped in to assist to get everything worked out. Great customer service and experience! In and out within an hour!
