Overall great experience with the staff and getting taken care of so quickly! Such a nice change from the crazy waiting times at the hospital ER! This will be our new go-to place from now on!
I have always had excellent medical care and I have needed them about 5-6 times....the problem I have is that the front desk staff (different staff each time) have been rude, not friendly, welcoming or helpful. I dread my interactions with the front desk employees and when you are sick you especially don't want to deal with it
The place was decent. They addressed the fact that my back was completely out and I couldn't walk with a shot for pain. However, they are still billing me after my insurance sent me there because they were "in network." My out of pocket had already been satisfied so according to my insurance I don't owe anything! Be careful, they try to get more money than they should.
Well, first the front desk couldn't figure out my insurance so I paid out right which was 115.00. Next, I was seen by a much younger PA who condescending and told me basically I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm a 50 year old women who has had the same issue before, and I know what has always worked. Then, to leave with amoxicillin only, which I knew would not work. Went in for the first time for a finger laceration. Staff was friendly, we were seen immediately and the Dr. was great! Cost was very reasonable, too!
The entity staff was amazing - very courteous and professional. And the Physician Assistant who treated me was excellent - definitely 5 stars!
