Used this company for years and were very satisfied. However, have had very poor experiences with them in the past 7 months. They winterized our sprinklers and broke the backflow preventer in November. They never mentioned anything, and we noticed and reached out to them in February. We sent detailed photos and they said they would get back to us about a repair and never did.
