We had an very positive experience with Homebury Real Estate. Kelby Bosshardt was extremely helpful, flexible, and in touch with what we were looking for in a home in the Ogden area. Since we were out of state, 800 miles away in San Diego, California, we had no real ideal of the lay of the land, we relied heavily on Kelby. My fiance and I really appreciated and enjoyed our time working with Malorie. She was great to talk to, as she did responded at a very fast pace. Whenever Malorie had a event or some other task she had to attend to that could have possibly held up her responding she let us know immediately, so we werent worried and always felt like her first priority; and she responded back as soon as possible (this scenario is very unlikely I always got a fast response and never felt that she was slow at getting back to us). Malorie was so easy to work with. We visited with her several times to look at a variety of properties. She helped negotiate our lease and saved us money. Malorie was great to work with. Finding the right building for our office was very important to us and Malorie was very helpful. Even after we signed the lease Malorie was there to help. Everything from lining up contractors, helping with design plan ideas and always being available to meet us at our new location for the bidding process. I would highly recommend Malorie and would want her to represent me again.
