Years ago I was a loyal starbucks follower and switched to better buzz thinking i should help local business. Today is 2nd Days out of 3 recieved cup of milk not a cappaccino. Identical problem for year. Problem is super simple. they dont want to make foam. So they toss a drop of foam on top of milk to make it look like a CAP. THATS A SWEET LATTE. After 1 minute foam dissolves so 90% of entire cup is FILLED with milk. They told me before "its a drive thru foam dissolves". 90% of cup is full milk not foamy milk just milk. 16o... read more
I love the menu at better buzz and due to the convenient location I frequent this location. However, every time I come, I am so incredibly frustrated with the experience. I will place an online order, show up 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, and they have not even started on my order yet. Not during a busy time, this happens when no one is even in the store.
