Their employee goes by the name "Stricker", General Manager, needs to be fired. Incredibly rude no customer service, extremely miserable, disrespectful. Asked for straws for our drinks he refused to give us straws or enter in phone number properly for points. Do not go to this location. They should consider how their employees act. Dirty location, no service. He was bumping into people, slow, nasty attitude. Extremely lacking. Even other employees said they get annoyed with him due to his poor attitude.
My first time going and it was AMAZING! Customer service was top tier, the employees were all happy, the coffee was the best honestly. Such a nice place. I met William the general manager and he was upbeat and really nice! No wonder the employees love their jobs! I will definitely be back!
Got a pumpkin best drink ever and it was amazing!!! Quick service and the baristas were so nice!!
My friend and I are deaf, we both came in with our service dogs and ordered the with the young lady at the register. Her apron said Bre. She was absolutely the best! So, accommodating, and patient with us while we tried to explain as best as we could what we'd like. She didn't treat us like we were a nuisance or different than the next person. I’m a longtime fan of Better Buzz in California, so when I found this spot, I wasn’t sure it would compare — but I’m happy to say it totally works! The coffee is excellent, the vibe is upbeat, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. It’s not California, but it gives me the same kind of energy — great drinks, good people, and that little boost that makes your day better. Definitely my go-to when I need my coffee fix!
