I had an excellent time at Better Buzz today. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful for my coffee choices. I was able to get drinks for my whole shop, and everybody was enjoying it! Thank you Better Buzz!
This is my go to location, I always make sure to take my family when they visit from out of town. My dogs also love this place because pup cups! I also had a memorable experience with one of the girls who was expecting, she was super sweet, kind and respectful. Unfortunately this morning all good experiences went out the window, there was an older gentleman and a Hispanic girl who were completely rude to my husband. First time I visited, service was great, coffee was fantastic.
Not sure what’s happened to this location but it’s declined severely in the last couple weeks. The crew on 11/11 was abysmal. The person making all the mobile and in house order drinks was woefully incapable of doing that job and just watched as the orders piled up. My drink was ultimately made wrong after it was sitting behind the counter waiting for ice for 10 minutes. Either staff up or hire better.
