Spent HUNDREDS of $ to have glass with condensation replaced. Was told by installer that he measured for total house screen replacement like I wanted and would call back with a quote. After 5 FIVE phone calls to the company, was told the OWNERS did not want to deal with screens. Thanks for letting me know!!! Definately will not be ordering the remaining windows from this uppity company, they are only interested in you if you have commercial property or apts.
Every interaction with this company is negative. The original estimate of 3-4 weeks for seven windows to be fabricated actually took 8 weeks until they were ready to install. Several of the windows had fabrication defects with the latches. We were told the windows would take one day to install. The install crew was unprofessional. Often breaking glass with a hammer in a trash can that left shards of glass all over the floor every day of the install which is still not finished after 12 days. This is one of the worst operated companies ever opened! First, the customer service representatives? Ha! What a joke. Rude, imcompetant, and a couple are just downright unprofessional! I am a customer, not your drinking pal. And I understand not scheduling specific times, but if you tell me your guy is gonna be there this Tuesday after 1:00, I don't want to have to reschedule three times before he comes out. Following a bathroom renovation, I hired Better Buy to rehang 2 mirrors and add a beveled mirror frame to each of them, First of all, a few days after hanging the mirror, 4 circles appeared on one mirror, exactly in the spots where the glue was applied. They claimed no responsibility and charged an extra fee to replace and hang the mirror. When the frames were installed, they were not the width that I had ordered.
