I had an emergency complaint that had to do with fraud and the answering service kept telling me they were in meetings or training.
The installer was very courteous and explained what was to be done. He kept me informed as the process went forward. The workmanship was very well done. I am very happy with the finished shower.
Worthless. They closed out my complaint without any resolution
Stop closing valid complaints, BBB is a joke nowadays.
10-16-2025 Axe Mi Tax makes perfect sense now. Seems the BBB won’t investigate your local townships when you’ve been taxed as a non resident for over 3 decades, and the township owes you multiple thousands of dollars. I sure hope the kickback was worth it. I would turn in Signature Toyota in Benton Harbor Michigan for shoddy repairs, but you’re not going to do anything anyway - hope this doesn’t happen to you.
