The BBB is a scam. Who do you report them to?
Lonnie from Bob's Sewer Service told me he never broke a snake off in my line, which he of course denied. I feel very sure that he is the one that did it as he is the only one that has ever worked on my property in the last 12 years that I've lived hereMr Rooter found it when using a camera down the line. The repairs ended up costing me $11,000
I reached out to BBB because they are a well respected name to reach out to if you are having problems with another company but I had a complaint specialist by the name Jazmine Torres make a bunch of LIES as to why they wouldn't help me again with a company in particular that I am having problems reaching. Shame on you Jazmine and your LIES. Shame on the company that refuses to speak with me for whatever reason unknown. I will leave whatever YOUR problem is in the Lords hands.
