I contracted with better built to have my garage torn down and a new one built. They told me the garage would be built 2 weeks after the cement was poured. It is 4 weeks on Thursday. I called and they told me pretty much too bad we won't be there until the week of December 6th we have big jobs and yours is a little job. They were rude and acted as if I am the one in the wrong. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not contract with this company. They have no respect for their customers, customer service is deplorable, and they tell you nothing but lies to get you to sign a contract. I have been hung up on, cursed at by ****** and lied to from the beginning. I signed my contract at the end of September and I am still waiting for my garage to be built. I hire better Builders to build my new garage to replace my old garage. I from the beginning told them that had City violation on my garage. Therefore salesperson Sheena told me don't worry in 30 days we'll build the garage and inspection will be passed we closed the contract August 2020 until this time and day, they haven't finished with my electrical and fail inspection. We are happy with our new garage by Better Built. Bert was the best part of the whole experience. He is such an asset to his company- he incorporates his knowledge and experience while always showing patience and kindness. Bert has been wonderful through the whole process- guiding us, helping us, and answering any questions or concerns we had, every step of the way. Signed a contract October 1st, concrete work completed within 2 weeks and they did a wonderful job I highly recommend their concrete guy Tim he does quality work. But now December 1st no garage. I called late October and asked when I was scheduled they told me 2 weeks. End of November I called again and asked them what happened, nobody showed up to build my garage.
