After hitting the overhead garage door jam with my vehicle, I called for a repair estimate. **** came out the next business day and the repairs were done the following day. I was extremely happy with the service and repairs.

Better Built is a top notch construction company. The in house customer service team is second to none! Their experience & competence will put your mind at ease. Knowing you are in good hands. Their carpenters demo(ed) and rebuilt my 2 1/2 car garage roof in 2 days and the structure is absolutely beautiful!!!

The sales and customer service was outstanding. They took my call each time-no matter the time. I'm sure my wife and I bugged them with the amount of questions but everyone was patient and courteous. The concrete was poured immediately. The actual build took place later than I'd liked but once the builders arrived it was built in 2 trips. I'm completely satisfied with the overall service provided. I have recommended Better Built to several co workers.

The entire process, from start to finish, was a positive experience. The quality of the trades working for Better Built is exceptional. The finish product is great!Our only criticism would be to make the project schedule more visible to the Customers. A proactive call to the homeowner at each planned stage would only serve to increase Customer satisfaction.
