We own our own lumber yard and siding and gutter fabrication plant. At Better Built, there is no middle-man. Therefore, we are able pass on that savings directly to our customers. Want brick? Better Built is a top notch construction company. The in house customer service team is second to none! Their experience & competence will put your mind at ease. Knowing you are in good hands. Their carpenters demo(ed) and rebuilt my 2 1/2 car garage roof in 2 days and the structure is absolutely beautiful!!!

The sales and customer service was outstanding. They took my call each time-no matter the time. I'm sure my wife and I bugged them with the amount of questions but everyone was patient and courteous. The concrete was poured immediately. The actual build took place later than I'd liked but once the builders arrived it was built in 2 trips. I'm completely satisfied with the overall service provided. I have recommended Better Built to several co workers.

The entire process, from start to finish, was a positive experience. The quality of the trades working for Better Built is exceptional. The finish product is great!Our only criticism would be to make the project schedule more visible to the Customers. A proactive call to the homeowner at each planned stage would only serve to increase Customer satisfaction.

We get off to a slow start because of the weather. Everyone was very professional and friendly.Once the concrete was pulled about two weeks later they came to build a garage they started about 7:00am and the entire garage was finish about 5:00pm . AMAZING!! Better Built will get the job done 100% satisfied.
