The classes are challenging and they push you to be the best you. I love BBF and all the wonderful people I have met there. Everyone motivates each other and genuinely cares about your progress and your wellbeing. My whole family has done classes and they all love it. My boys range in age from 18 down to 8. Holly will hold you to a standard that you will never hold yourself to and you will continue to want more! Check it out and find out exactly what the best version of YOU is!
The coaches AND clients are supportive and encouraging! Classes are fun and challenging and you can improve at your own pace - everybody starts somewhere and we're all different.
I have been on a roller coaster ride with my weight for years but I decided to give it one more try....then I saw a ad for Better Body...so glad that I did...Holly is fabulous! She is knowledgeable and a great motivator!

Holly is an awesome teacher/coach. She's very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and will help you to get your goals reached, in the right way. She's the best, you won't go wrong with Better Body Fitness.
It's the absolute be decision I've ever made outside of having children and getting married. I couldn't ask for a more awesome work out and fit family!!!! Holly and the crew ROCK!!!! Fit together. !!!
