Better Body's equipment and customer service are the best. I ordered a few of their products and will order more. The Better Body E-Z Curl Bar was not stocked due to popular demand and I waited patiently. The staff members reached out to me and assured me that the product was on its way. I received my item at the time stated. I highly recommend this company for its quality products and excellent customer service.
Posting on behalf of my dad: I purchased a dumbbell set and rack in July 2024 for my newly renovated home gym. Before making the purchase, the showroom representative in Abbotsford warned me that the rubber smell could be quite strong but reassured me it would go away after a few weeks. Having researched this, I knew this was common with most dumbbell sets. Unfortunately, the smell didn’t improve.
