I have been going here for many years and appreciate the hard work they do to keep the gym clean, up to date with great equipment and the friendly staff!
If you’re in the St. Augustine area, I highly recommend Better Bodies! Friendly staff, clean facility, great equipment, and an overall awesome atmosphere.
Better Bodies Sauna is such a great spot to reset and recharge. The space is clean, calming, and well-maintained, and the sauna experience is seriously amazing…you can feel the stress and toxins melting away. It’s the perfect place to unwind, sweat it out, and focus on your health. Staff are friendly, the atmosphere is always welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking to relax and take care of your body.
We were visiting from out of town and I had looked for a good gym near our hotel four times. We couldn't find anything that looked as good as this place from the pictures, and it turned out better than we imagined. We met the owner on day one, who we were told is a physical therapist, and they had everything in this gym plus more. For context, back home, we go to multiple gyms depending on the muscle group we are working that day in order to access specific pieces of equipment and this gym blew us away.
