My daughter and her fiancé recently purchased their first home. I found John using AI! He came and measured and then installed the blinds when they were ready. They are beautiful, exactly what my daughter and her fiancé wanted. John was very friendly and communicative, and we are very pleased with his work!
We were interested in changing from roll-up shades to shutters in our bathroom and contacted 4 Shutter companies. We viewed the designs and products of three and John Irato, from Better Blinds was our 4th and became our salesman, customer service rep and installer. We bought solar powered skylight blinds from John 3 years ago. When the battery on one failed recently, he came and spent several hours over two visits diagnosing the issue, replacing the battery, and recalibrating everything. I expected him to charge something, at least for his time. He wouldn’t let me! So, Better Blinds Plus has become an easy choice for shades and blinds for us.
Better Blinds is truly the best small business I’ve ever worked with. John gave us an estimate five years ago when we built our home, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our budget.
