I came in looking to buy a Dodge Ram and trade. My truck off, I asked for an appraisal while I was test driving theirs, and when I got back, I asked, how much do you plan to give me for this? And I was told by the salesman that the manager didn't want to do an appraisal unless I like the truck that I was driving this really showed me that they were not committed to me as a customer. And wanted to play games when I came there to not play games. I would not recommend going here for serious buyers.
