Dr Bettencourt has been our pediatrician for over 5 years. We would have went to him forever, but sadly he moved and will be missed. I found him on a site like this and he was top rated. We have no complaints. He has suburb bed side manner, with a cool and calm demeanor. Always takes his time to explain and talk with his patients. We loved him and he will be missed!
Dr. B is easy-going and puts childre at ease. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and on top of current medical innovations. He is patient and has filled out numerous special education forms for my son annually for over 10 years. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
Easy to schedule appointments and the staff are very friendly! They take care of both our children.
Love this office and staff. He is very personable and easy to talk to. You are never rushed and are always given adequate time with the doctor.
Would love to continue on with Dr. Bettencourtt, but calling the office to schedule an appointment is very inconvenient. Everytime I call, it goes to the machine and I always leave message with my phone number, but noone ever calls back. It gets very annoying. I'm currently on the fence of switching pediatricians for my kids. The office staff aren't doing their jobs keeping up with answering or responding back. Oh and the manager is Shantrell, according to voicemail. Just bad management I guess

They're always able to see our sick kids the day we call, and the whole staff is great with them. Dr. Bettencourtt is thorough in his exam and in answering our questions; we never feel rushed during appointments. The few times we've had to call the after-hours number, Dr. Bettencourtt promptly returns our calls to help us navigate through potentially urgent situations. We're so glad our children go to this clinic!

I have been using Dr. Bettencourt for over 5 years for both of my children. He has always been extremely attentive and willing to listen. You may have a longer wait time than some doctor's, but trust me its worth it. My youngest has been sick since birth and he and his staff have done everything possible to help him get to where he is now. Never rushing to get a concerned parent out of the room and always willing to give advice and comfort.
