I brought my vehicle in for electrical issues after being told they would test the battery. Instead, they tried to charge me $90 for an “electrical inspection,” claiming it was a deal because the normal price is $190. AutoZone and plenty of other places test batteries for free, so that was already a red flag. Brock found my perfect vehicle. I appreciate all his hard work searching for the one that had the options I wanted, his patience when I changed my mind a few times, and his constant communication throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Betten and Brock for a vehicle purchase.
Multiple problems with the service department. Ordered tires to have them installed, scheduled an appointment after they told me they had them in, but when I dropped it off they didn’t have them so I wasted my day for nothing. I also have left several messages to inquire if they do a certain service and never received a call back.
