Poor Business Practice. I inquired about purchasing a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. VIN: 1C4RJFCT8MC883539 The vehicle had about 29k miles. I had relatives who worked in the industry so I had one of them pull the service report. The whole process didn’t feel right and I followed my gut feeling and was right unfortunately. My wife and I tried to buy a car from betten baker Honda and they wouldn’t email a purchase agreement to my lender so I could get the loan approved so when we went back to pick up the car we could hand them a check and they could hand us the keys. A few months ago I scheduled a service appointment for a recall notice that I had received. The day of the appointment they called and cancelled. They stated they didn't have the parts in to do the service, even tho it was scheduled months in advance. I was then told that they are just now ordering the parts, the day of my scheduled appointment. They are definitely not prepared for service orders.
