Sales department was amazing to me helping me find the right vehicle and right lender but on the other hand the Service center was not so great - Purchased a used 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealership on 5/8/2026 for $13,000 “as-is,” and within TWO HOURS of getting it home I discovered a coolant leak. After inspecting it further, there were obvious signs that radiator stop leak had been added to temporarily hide the issue instead of properly repairing it. One of the worst places to bring your vehicle for service. I’ve had issues in the past with my wife’s Buick. Now my son has ongoing issue with his 2022 GMC 1500 with th 3.0 liter diesel. They say they have fixed your vehicle but then it keeps having the same code issues multiple times and thousands of dollars later. Then you write a bad review about it and want your money back. Now the GM at Baker thinks you’re blackmailing them. Worst dealership around.
