VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL
We were coming from Glenn Arbor heading back to Kalamazoo. Our Cadillac Escalade was acting strangely. I called Baker Chevrolet in Cadillac and spoke with a gentleman from the service department. He told me that it sounded like a needed a new battery. He checked and had a battery in stock. We made it there and the service was fantastic. He was correct with a new battery and he was able to complete the service in less than an hour. We were so impressed with them and would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much!!
Friendly and experienced Sales and Mechanic Staff.
