I took my mother to visit the heart clinic where we were introduced to the new Nurse Practitioner, Betsy. She was very warm and funny. She made my 85 year old mom feel very at ease and took a lot of time to really get to know her situation and answer questions. I especially enjoyed her matter-of-fact demeanor and practical approach to my mom's overall health. We look forward to going back to see her again and feel confident that we are getting great care.
