I had an great experience here! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I had the pleasure of working with Tyquavious Kelley who was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mencher for any psychological assessments
I recently did an ADHD evaluation here, and overall, it was a great experience. Tyquavious Kelley guided me through the entire process and was super helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing an assessment. My clinician was very kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process, and their timeline was much faster than I had anticipated. They were able to address my needs and concerns thoroughly and efficiently, and ensured I understood the process at each stage.
I personally had a very positive experience at this practise. It was easy to administer via my student health insurance and the clinician I was working with - Tyquavious Kelley - was one of the kindest and most patient professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My report was detailed and the assessment (multiple surveys, an interview, and then in-person testing) felt very comprehensive.
I do not not reccomend this practice. The psychological evaluation done here was shallow and surface level. It lacked nuance, missed essential information and contained numerous factual errors It also lacked compassion and understanding. The report sounded very judgmental, condescending and patronizing. In person, they were unprofessional and unable to explain or provide context over the few points they raised in their own report. The experience was an expensive and hurtful waste of time.
