Dr. Ittickathra is the best!! She allows plenty of time for questions, answers all of them with clarity, and is kind with our child! She always explains everything thoroughly and in terms that are easy to understand. She’s very personable and likable too!
I had mentioned a couple of issues that were concerning when we got there and two more times during our visits, that my child had received a burn. We have called multiple times to get the prescription for the burn cream over the last three months and have never received it. She never even looked at her burn and she said she'll look into why we have not received the prescription.Overall, lack of any kind of caring for my child.
Dr. Ittickathra was able to fit my daughter in same day. She was excellent and took great care of her. All questions thoroughly explained. We look forward to seeing her again. Front desk staff and Nurses were very polite and professional. Highly recommend.
