I’ve been coming to Nail Dot Salon for over 6 months and they never disappoint. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and always recommend colours and styles when I want to change my gel refills. It’s easy to book by phone and they are usually punctual. I went for a removal of my fake nails and I still have product of my nails and now is peeling of so I want to avoid the damaged going for my removal but was in vain, the girl was so nice and careful with my nails so that's good but the place I don't think they have desinfected tools cause they don't have any bag or nothing just the tools in a plate and the plate was dirty. The display $15 for removal on their website but the lady charge to me $20
Very sanitary, professional and so polite. This was the 2nd time I have gone there. I've been to other ones and I have been quoted a price and when I went to pay they've said there's been a misunderstanding. So what should have been $100. is now $120. So insulting. Or they're doing nails and grabbing on the phone. Some start off with a good honest transaction and later treat you like they're doing you a favor! Great experience!
