I wasn’t even able to schedule an appointment. I called and explained that I had a referral from my dentist. The receptionist asked who the referring provider was and stated it needed to be a general dentist. I confirmed that my referral was from a dentist at London Women’s Dental. She then told me they could not schedule patients from London because there is a surgeon located there. I was rushed in. I was rushed out not even given time to fully wake up from sedation. Dr Kolasa REFUSED to pre authorize a pain medication. Too bad negative stars aren’t available.
