Very frustrating experience! My case is almost a year old. Nothing! It's very aggravating when you have to continuously call about the status of your case and to ALWAYS get the answering service! You can call before 1, answering service… Call after 1… answering service…. Call before 4… answering service… UGH!!! I bet the girl that does your radio commercials, I bet she gets a return phone call!!! Yall have to do better!

Please when you are in an accident Just collect the drivers information and police report and file a claim yourself through thier insurance company. Although this is a well known company and the customer service are good. Im being hindered of not recieving anything for my settlement because my attorney dispositioned his self from my case.
