Bethlehem Star Auto was fair, honest, and got me in on short notice to do my inspection and installed new wiper blades for me. All I could have asked for in a mechanic
Went with my brother to get his windshield replaced. Guy did it quick. 2hrs and done. Nice job!
This place is A+ , they did two of my newer vehicles windshields and knocked them both out the park. The owner is very responsive and clear with what they can do and exceeds expectations. Anyone can go to those corporate commercial companies but small local businesses like this are the back bone of community, I would be recommending them to all my friends.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I asked for a quote and it was insanely high compared to all my other quotes which is fine but I let the guy know his price was high without being rude and he fired back basically saying the company that quoted me was lying and they weren’t going to do the job right. Guess what buddy!? It was glass doctor Bethlehem/poconos and the job was FANTASTIC. They recalibrated and gave me a diagnostic for more than $300 less than you. Used them before prices and service was great. Called back for another vehicle 1 year later got no answer. We called 3x and still no answer. 2 hrs later someone called back and when he asked what we needed, I informed him we already got a booking at another location he hangs up right away. We understand time is money, but customer service goes a long way. We will not use them again.
